CI Systems wins European orders worth over £350,000 for Dispensary Management Systems and upgrades

CI Systems has won orders worth over £250,000 for its Ci-DMS dispensary management system from three new European customers, plus a further two existing customers have chosen to upgrade their systems to the latest version of Ci-DMS. The total value of these five orders exceeds £350,000.

Ci-DMS is to be installed at Eisai Manufacturing Ltd, Hatfield and the Nerviano plant of Actavis, in Italy. In addition, an NHS Trust in the UK is to implement Ci-DMS and, two European customers are upgrading their existing systems to Ci-DMS version 5.

Ci-DMS is a highly configurable off the shelf (COTS) system used to manage the weighing and dispensing of pharmaceutical raw materials. It is designed to ensure efficient and consistent dispensing of excipient and active materials in a secure data environment with full audit traceability. Ci-DMS conforms to GAMP standards, is compliant with 21 CFR part 11, and can be integrated with MES, MRP or ERP systems. It also benefits from a multi-lingual facility.
