Kinetic Tests

Water sorption kinetic tests record changes in the sample weights and vapour pressure or relative humidity with time.

The frequency of data storage can be set by the user from as often as once every few seconds to once every few hours. This allows accurate kinetic data as well as extended experiments to be recorded.

• extent of equilibration
• type of adsorption and desorption curve
• irreversible changes on exposure to moisture
• unusual effects such as crystallisation
