New Features

The New SADE SP sorters have been redesigned to improve the weighing and sorting performance of the SADE whilst retaining the unique flexibility to handle a wide range of sizes and shapes of tablets and capsules.

It has been designed to reduce the need for operator adjustments, reduce the number of parts and make cleaning even easier.

The SADE SP Series has a new sophisticated operating system, which allows for multiple sorting modes and can calculate statistical data for batch reports without the need for a PC.

 

New Features Description
Improved accuracy New Balance Head For increased accuracy and a faster response CI now use their new compact MK6 balance head in the SP Series.   The SADE SP sorts at a consistent accuracy of +/-1mg.
Improved sorting New Bowl Vibrator The new low voltage bowl vibrator assembly allows for more accurate control of vibration intensity and offers a much smoother flow of product in the bowl minimising the number of double feeds and eliminating the affects of any fluctuations in the mains supply voltage.
New Balance Pan The new balance pan is of an improved aero dynamic design. It is easy to clean and interchangeable.
Minimal operator adjustments New micro pneumatics The precision air jets do not require any operator adjustment between products nor does the air pressure need to be altered to accomodate larger tablets or capsules.
New detector The SADE SP units are now supplied with a through beam detector rather than reflective. This removes the need for the operator to adjust the detector according to the size and shape of product being sorted.
Improved GMP New draught shield The sorting platform is now covered by a polycarbonate draught shield. This has two advantages, it protects product from debris falling in to it and reduces the effect of overhead air circulation on the balance pan. The cover is easily removed for cleaning.
New Bowl Feeder The bowl feeder is of a new design and now manufactured in cast 316 stainless steel.
Electro polishing All contact parts are 316 stainless steel and electro polished as standard.
New Control Software Linked to printer The SADE SP sorters can be connected directly to a standard PCL compatible printer using a USB connection to allow the printing of reports directly from the SADE SP without the need of a PC.
Sorting Modes The new control software allows for fixed quantity sorting and multiple sorts.
Sample Checkweighing The units can also be used to checkweigh samples of up to 1000 tablets and capsules to Pharmacopoeia A and B limits in order to provides statistical analysis of the weight data.
Improved security User Access The SADE SP units have an operator ID mode which, when enabled, allows for authorised users only to log on to the system.  Access to certain functions is also configurable so operators are only given access to functions of the program they actually need and have been trained to use.
