The SADE SP Series comprises three models of tablet/capsule weight sorters:-

SADE SP200

The SADE SP200 combines two weighing channels for increased capacity. Using bulk hoppers the unit is designed for 24-hour operation and can work for long periods of unattended sorting. In production areas the SADE SP200 can save funds by sorting weight rejected batches in order to reclaim valuable weight acceptable product. It is also suited for R&D departments needing to weight sort large batches for clinical trials. For increased sorting capacity multiple SP200 units can be purchased.

SADE SP100

The SADE SP100 can be used in both Research & Development departments for the weight sorting of development batches and in Production areas for batch reclamation. It offers one weighing channel and is designed for 24-hour operation with long periods of unattended sorting using the SP bulk hopper.

SADE SP Benchtop

The SP Benchtop is ideal for use in the laboratory for the weight sorting of small scale batches. It uses the same weighing and sorting mechanism as the floor standing models but, instead of a hopper, the operator manually feeds the product directly into the bowl feeder. The SADE SP Benchtop can also be used in its checkweighing mode to monitor the weight uniformity of batches.
